Our story
Our story begins long before this trattoria.
Our story began in 1969, when our father started working in Rome, taking his first steps in the kitchen and building, day after day, that simple and concrete passion that still accompanies us today.
In 1985 that experience takes shape in San Ginesio, with a pizzeria where a way of understanding cuisine is born, made of genuine gestures, care, territory, and memory.
Today that tradition continues with Stefano and Cinzia, which from 2010 carry forward Osteria Il Sigillo in the heart of the historic centre of Camporotondo di Fiastrone.
